FLEX DAY CLASS
Do you want to feel your ab muscles on Tuesdays? Join Mondays class! Class begins with ab strengthening, so you realise that your abs are to be involved and engaged when doing low impact cardio drills. Thus burning more calories while supporting the lower back during the cardio bits… and dont worry! Karey won’t forget to tighten up those arms and bumbums. All you need is a mat and the chair you most likely sat in all day.
CHILLOUT CLASS
You might be a little sore after this dynamic stretch class, because you actually have to use strength to stretch well. This deep stretching class incorporates a small release movement with synchronised breathing that leaves one feeling taller and longer. Other benefits include improved digestion, sleep and mental focus. Every week, a different energy practice either starts or ends the class. This could consist of hand mudras, guided meditations for release or relaxation, self reiki, breathing exercises, or chakra healing.
PHYSIO TRAIN CLASS
Remember all those exercises your physiotherapist sent to you in PDF? The ones you are suppose to do to eliminate your back, neck & knee pain? Those are the exercises that make up this class! Hip and shoulder openers; abs, bumbum and upper back strengthening. In this class, Karey will ensure that you are doing the movements correctly, while keeping you accountable so we can eliminate any pesky pains.
