Do you have pain on one side of your lower back? Usually that is caused by one hip being tighter than the other so, our course of action is stretching only the one hip to release the pulling in the back, and carry on from there.
Are you the star in yoga class and you bend 𝗍𝗈𝗈 easily? This is very common and it’s called hyper mobility. To resolve this, we do NO stretches and, instead, do exercise to strengthen the joints themselves.
